30-Day Return and Refund Policy

At Pet Food Provisions, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the details below.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the return authorization number.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect on Delivery: Before signing for the package, inspect it for any visible damages.
  2. Document the Damage: Note any damages on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  4. Keep All Packaging: Retain all packaging materials until the damage claim is resolved.

Exchanges

  • Request an Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
  • New Shipment: The new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
