Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery.
  • Next Day Shipping: Additional fees apply and are calculated at checkout. Delivery for next day shipping is guaranteed within 1 business day.

Processing and Handling Times

  • Order Processing: All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed, provided they are received by our cut-off time of 2:00 PM (noon) PST. 
  • Handling Time: Our handling time is a maximum of 1 day.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (noon) PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

  • We ship using FedEx and USPS to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery service.

International Orders

  • Shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no refund for abandoned shipments.

Change of Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@petfoodprovisions.com or call us at +1 (310) 622-9877. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Cancellations

Receiving Your Delivery / Damaged Goods

Pet Food Provisions carefully packages your order in our Distribution Centers and partners with the highest-rated shipping carriers to deliver your products in the best condition. Unfortunately, shipping incidents can occasionally occur and cause damage.

Inspect Your Delivery:

  • Carefully inspect your valuable delivery and don’t allow the delivery driver to make you feel rushed. You have the right to refuse shipments with major damages.
  • Before signing for your delivery, look for signs of damage, including:
    • Crushed corners
    • Holes and tears
    • Wetness or stains
    • Upside down crates
    • Opened and resealed boxes
  • Do not accept delivery if the original box or crate and packing tape is not intact.
  • If you ordered a product such as a Master Equipment LED table, carefully open the crate and confirm the glass tabletop is intact.

Document and Report Damages:

  • Thoroughly document any damages or missing items directly on the delivery receipt.
  • Photograph any damaged products or packaging issues.
  • Sign and retain a copy of the delivery receipt for your records.
  • If you do not report and document damages on the delivery receipt before signing, it is impossible to resolve losses with the shipping company. Pet Food Provisions cannot be held responsible for shipments after signing.
